The inspiration for these mutli-colored kicks comes from the Chicago Transit Authority. The transparent sole depicts a map of the subway routes in their represented colors. Those same colors were also used to speckle the grey midsole and laces (red and blue laces also included). This shoe also incorporates a variety of materials from 3M to ostrich. The grey upper helps bring some tranquility to the very busy color way. These will be available November 8th at Leaders1354 along with the matching fitted. Via: Leaders1354

Fresh and Fly Customs created these Nike Air Force Ones recently for a female client. The designer posted these images at this Customsnkr.com blog linked here. As the fall turns into winter, we can all look to the Tropic Air Force Ones as a reminder of the beautiful summer season.

Fresh and Fly kept these Air Force Ones simple per the customer’s request. The background is a mixture of yellow and orange to recreate a tropical sunset. In the foreground on the outside part of the left shoe, the designer added the silhouettes of two palm trees. The outside edge of the right shoe features another silhouetted tree with additional palm trees scattered throughout the remaining space. He also used a small sliver of silhouetted beach to set the scene.

While Fresh and Fly has made more elaborate shoes in the past, the Tropic Air Force Ones show his skill at creating simple customs. View More Photos/Info
