  • Custom Nike Dunks – “Haitian Boy” for Wyclef Jean
By on November 6th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

Here is pair of customs which are these Nike Dunks which are called Haitian Boy and done for the artist Wyclef Jean. If your into hip-hop, or know anything about Wyclef or the Fugees, then im sure you know how Wyclef is very proud of his heritage and shows it whenever possible. His newest way to show his pride to his native country is through these custom Dunks which Mache design. The design is simple but yet really clean and creative. On the mid panel Mache included the Haitian flag but rather then designing a flat looking flag this one was done to appear as if its blowing in the wind. The shading used to give you that vibe is a really nice effect and adds a lot to the design in such a simple way. On the heel panel ZOE was added which pretty much translates to Haitian Boy.

  • Custom Nike Dunks – “F14″
By on November 6th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

Here we have a pair of custom Nike Dunks designed by TheStarscream. These are dubbed “F14″ and the design includes a nice red, gray and black colorway. Im not really sure what TheStarscream is officially calling the pattern included on them but it sort of reminds me of Space Invaders for some reason. Besides the pattern being added to the frontal and heel panel TheStarscream also threw in some red and black on the rest of the upper panels. The toe box is sort of interesting as well, where as most of it was painted black TheStarscream added a small section of red to it where it attaches to the tongue to the two tone look.

  • Nike Free Hybrid Boot Premium – brown suede.
By on November 5th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

    Source of image: here.

This is the Nike Free Hybrid Boot Premium. Atmos will release this boot on Nov. 8. One pair costs about 19,000 Yen. The boot is chiefly made from brown suede.

The toe box is high as the front has been sculpted to give it a definition of shape. The seam around the toe box has a double line of stitches in white thread. The tongue is a separate piece of leather that is attached to the toe box. The lower end of the tongue has some small perforations as a part of the design. The shoe lace is thin, brown colored string. There is a lace lock about mid way up the shoe. The tip of the tongue has an embossed “Nike” on it. The tongue has a thin, light blue colored border. The last pair of shoe lace holes has a reinforcement brace. The midsole and sole appear to be of the same. The sole is made of thick gum.

The front of this boot looks rather plain. View More Photos/Info

  • Yo Viene Diego Baby Air Force Ones
By on November 5th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

I wrote recently about a pair of Baby Air Force Ones created by D@ Prince Customs modeled after Dora the Explorer. D@ Prince also created a pair of baby AF1s based on “Go, Diego, Go,” the cartoon spinoff featuring Dora’s cousin Diego. The Yo Viene Diego AF1s were found at D@ Prince’s NikeTalk post linked here.

While the Dora the Explorer AF1s were basic in design, the Yo Viene Diego AF1s are colorful and active. D@ Prince used orange, yellow, blue and green throughout the shoe to show Diego’s energy as portrayed in the show. Diego is shown running across the right toe box while the show logo is rendered in blue, yellow and orange on the left toe box.

D@ Prince scrawled the name Bryce on the heel in orange to help the future owner find his shoes at school. I am a big fan of the shiny accents added to the tongues View More Photos/Info
