Last year the Y-3 Honja Hi garnered some attention and now here is a low-top edition. These simple makeups feature an all black grained leather upper, coated and perforated stripes, white midsole, and orange embroidered logos on the tongue and heel.

Here’s a look at Nike’s latest Dunk High Premium from their Fall/Winter season. This Dunk High is made up of premium materials including a tweed mid-panel while the rest of the sneaker consists of leather and what appears to be a fur inner lining for Winter. As far as the color scheme goes, black is applied to the to, swoosh, ankle and outer sole with white on the lace area and grey at the back heel panel.
PHANTACi is the shop that belongs to Jay Chou. Chou is an international superstar singer and actor. Chou’s PHANTACi worked with Nike on a collaboration to come up with PHANTACi x Nike Air Max 1 “The Grand.” This shoe takes inspiration from one of Jay Chou’s favorite things; his piano. The colorway of black and white reminds us of the colors of the piano. Chou added his personal touches by introducing some pink and gold. This sneaker is an exclusive design and there are no plans yet for a release for the public’s consumption. The shoe uses patent leather.
The shoe lace is very striking in black and white. The lace looks like the ivory keys of the piano. The collar at the ankle is black. The inner lining is in luxurious, pink material. The Nike swoosh is in pink and so is the outsole. The theme of the piano keys is repeated in the inner sole of the shoe. Ripp was commissioned by a fellow church member to create a pair of custom Air Force Ones for a young girl named Armani. Armani loves stars and the color pink which Ripp used as his inspiration. The result is a pair of Air Force Ones that stands out from other custom sneakers.
The base colors are pink/black/white to match Armani’s favorite colors. Ripp added clusters of colorful stars on the toe box and heel before stringing a few stars along the side. The notches along the outsole are colored with red, blue, yellow and green shades to match the stars. Ripp painted the name Armani along the side with a combination of colorful paint and glitter to make these shoes her own.
While Ripp’s custom job is flawless, I am most impressed by his use as loose glitter rather than glitter paint. Nike has created this white, red and black colorway of the Hyperdunk for Toronto Raptors player and recent Gold Medal winner Chris Bosh.
Bosh’s number “4″ is stitched in red on the outer toebox and “CB4″ is stitched on the tongue. This is s clean colorway that won’t be as difficult to get a hold of as other PE’s. You can grab them now on
