Nike Zoom Kobe VI Chaos Joker

Taking Dark Knight’s “The Joker” (played by Heath Ledger R.I.P) seriously, Nike Zoom Kobe VI Chaos “Joker” is here so nobody would have to stick a razor in his mouth. This sneaker imitates the Joker’s costume which is mostly faded purple and dull grey. Now for the Joker’s bloody side, the sneaker is accentuated with a bloody red/purple shoe lace and some ’stains’ on the sole and the sockliner.

Why so serious? Because this sneaker (one of the world’s lightest) with Nike flywire technology is limited.

You know the thing about chaos? It’s fair. $300.

  • Smurftastic Nike Blazer Mids
    By on January 19th, 2009 | 2 Comments2 Comments Comments

D@ Prince Customs created the Smurftastic Blazer Mids recently for a friend. His friend was a fan of the 1980s cartoon featuring characters like Dreamy Smurf, Brainy Smurf and Smurfette. These customs were found on D@ Prince’s Nike Talk post linked here.

The left shoe features Smurfette, one of a few female Smurfs living in the show’s universe. Smurfette’s blond hair is matched by yellow lettering highlighting the client’s birth date and name above the midsole. On the right shoe, D@ Prince paints a fantastic version of Jokey Smurf laughing at one of his pranks.

As we have seen in D@ Prince’s past customs, he adds minor touches that turn well-crafted shoes into great sneaker art. In the case of the Smurftastic Blazer Mids, the designer applied a polka-dot pattern on the heel tag similar to the red roofs on houses in the Smurf Village. Buckwild Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 - #1

Check out these custom kicks brought to life by Buckwild. Though Buckwild is more known for his music production, he showed that he has the knack to create fly sneakers as well. This variation puts yet another spin on the ever popular Air Force 1. Buckwild created his customized Air Force 1’s at the Nike iD Bespoke Studio at 21 Mercer Street.

Although multiple shades of grey and white are used, yellow is the color that stands out the most. You can see the neon yellow on the laces, the stitching and on the heel. The multiple materials used in this shoe, including denim and suede, give these sneakers even more flavor. The shoes are finished off with the translucent sole. Buckwild really shows with these sneakers what you can do with Bespoke. Via Sneakhype.
