In a couple of days, the much awaited Nike Air Footscape Tier Zero 2009 will be released. It comes in a black colorway in suede styling and there will be mostly a black/white stripe on the upper of the shoe. This is a great comeback for the sneaker, especially with the white midsole giving it a crisp finish!

A client named Jessica asked Sneaker Vixen to customize a pair of Converse All Stars with her favorite colors and designs in mind. Sneaker Vixen obliged and created the Jessica Leopard Converse All Stars as posted on the designer’s Facebook page linked here.

Sneaker Vixen started by laying down lilac and purple leopard spots set against a black backdrop. On the inside heel of both shoes, we see cartoons of Jessica that match the joviality and style of the client. The Jessica Leopard Converse All Stars may not seem as sophisticated as some of the designer’s past work but it went above and beyond what Jessica wanted from the shoe.

My favorite part of the Jessica Leopard All Stars is the custom laces that you can see in the overhead shot above. The zebra-print laces match the pattern on the heel. The tennis fit comes in a quilted upper in Blue, Red, Green, and Black, all with a White sole. Three Vans sneakers were designed to pay tribute to one of the most popular American hard core punk bands, the Bad Brains. Among these sneakers were the Chukka, Sk8 Hi, and 46 LE, all inspired by the band. Bad Brains is into intense punk rock but is also an adept reggae band. As seen on the sneakers and tees, the rasta colors dominate. All three sneakers plus tees are now available at Vans retailers.

The latest Nike Air Pegasus 89 pink/black colorway will drop into stores on April 1. 21 Mercer Nike Sportswear and other Nike Sportswear retailers will carry this shoe. You can also check the Nike website.

The toe box is white. The surrounding mudguard is grey and it extends to form part of the shoe lace panelling. The first underlying layer of the lace panel is black in color. The shoe lace is bright pink. The inner lining of the shoe is the same color. The double effect of a coordinated lace and lining is good. The label at the tip of the tongue said Nike in black letters. It adheres to the color scheme of black and pink. The midsection of the shoe has an extremely large Nike swoosh. It covers a great deal of the white midsection. The midsole is white and makes a good contrast with the pink outsole. There is a special emphasis on the toe with an extra peach colored pad.
