  • F.O.R. Nike Air Force 1 Pack – black & white colorways
By on March 4th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

F.O.R. has collaborated with Nike to create a nice Air Force One Pack. This pack has a white colorway and a black colorway. The release date has not been confirmed yet. Each pair is expected to sell at $200.

Let’s look at the black colorway. The toe box is in leather. It is surrounded by a mudguard in patent leather. This is quality leather with a shiny finish. The start of the shoe lace has a gold colored lace lock. The black lace totally blends win with the rest of the shoe. The gold colored tag at the tip of the tongue is a nice accent. The dress shoe looks classy and traditional with the gold accents. The Nike swoosh has a thick, gold colored band that keeps in line with the refined image of the shoe. The back tab is decorated with a gold colored segment. The shoe has a white colored midsole to contrast against the black colorway. The outsole returns to being black.

The white colorway looks identical to its counterpart in black. One exception that is different is its entirely black colored midsole and outsole. This pack of F.O.R. Nike Air Force 1 will make View More Photos/Info

  • Black/Pink Zebra Air Max 90s
By on March 4th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

Sneakers by Sean created a pair of black/blue Nike Dunks with a zebra print back in December that looked great. I think that the designer has topped this project with the Black/Pink Zebra Air Max 90s pictured above and below. Sean posted his latest work at his Customsnkr.com blog linked here.

Sneakers by Sean started out with a black pair of Nike Air Max 90s, carving out pink spaces with the help of a paint brush. The shapes created by the designer look like stalactites and stalagmites jutting out from a black cave if you look at them individually. Taken as a larger design, the interplay between pink and black looks like a funky take on the familiar zebra pattern.

The pink pattern was extended to the Nike swoosh and first eyelet to complete Sean’s design. The bright pink beckons out from the darkness as we look from the eyelet to the heel, using the black background to enhance its power. Sneakers by Sean used a creative interpretation and bright colors to create the Black/Pink Zebra Air Max 90s.

    New T-shirts from Kiks Tyo
A couple new T-shirts have been set for pre-order recently from Kiks Tyo.The first is a snake skin logo t-shirt, against a black, white or green backing, displaying the Kiks Tyo logo in snakeskin letters. The second, and in our opinion more interesting, is the wolfman shirt, giving the appearance that you are ripping open your shirt and turning into the wolfman.
