Nike has just released two new colorways of the Free Hybrid boot. Nike Free technology is used in both pairs to reduce the weight of walking or running barefoot making them feel light-weight. The first pair feature a dark navy leather upper with a white toe box, tongue, and outsole along with light blue accents. The second pair feature a cream suede upper, a white outsole and blue accents. Both pairs are available at select Nike retailers in Asia.

  • Air Jordan VI Fusion

    here

too long ago, Nelly was spotted wearing a pair of black Air Jordan VI Fusion. Those pairs were given to Nelly by Nike and JB way before the release date. A picture of the same shoe in a white based colorway has recently surfaced. The shoes look better than a lot of the recent fusions, but it’s no way near the Air Jordan VI in terms of design. The Nike Air on the outsole is very visible. The shoes will drop early 2009. No news about the prices are out yet, so stay tuned.

  • Chuck Taylor All Stars for Canada Day
By on July 15th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

The picture above is the latest project by Sole Brother Custom Sneakers. These Chuck Taylor All Stars are designed in honor of Canada Day (or Dominion Day) which took place on July 1st. This national holiday is akin to the Fourth of July with fireworks and celebrations galore.

The maple leaf design emblazoned on the sides of these shoes is simple but effective. Sole Brother added radiating waves of red paint from the leaves to show Canada’s pride in its long history. My main problem with Sole Brother’s work on these shoes was the inclusion of the designer name on the heel. I think there may have been a better way to incorporate the designer’s website on the shoe instead of the clunky print used on the heel tab.

You can check out Sole Brother’s explanation of the Canada Day Chuck Taylors by heading to the designer’s website linked here. I want to wish my neighbors to the North a belated 141st birthday and Sole Brother clearly shares the same sentiment.

Nike Dunk High Premium SB - Shoe Goo - #1

This unique looking Dunk has surfaced around the web lately. The Nike Dunk High Premium SB is dubbed “Shoe Goo” – a product used in skating.

This Dunk High features crinkled patent leather combined with coated canvas. These sneakers also have a transculent midsole. I’m not sure that I really like these, but they are definitely different. There’s not many details out yet about these. I’m sure we’ll here more in upcoming weeks. Via Sneaker Files.
