  • TeckNiColor Air Force Ones
By on August 9th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

I was looking at some MySpace pages for hot sneaker designers the other day when I found these TeckNiColor Air Force Ones. TeckNiColor is a Michigan-based designer whose goal is to add some color to the world one shoe at a time. The TeckNiColor Air Force Ones is one of the designer’s shining achievements and fulfills her goal of lighting up the world in color.

The design for these custom Nikes is a simple rainbow of colors ranging from a yellow toe tip to a blue Nike swoosh front to a yellow heel. There are colors like pink, red and green that appeal to a broad range of consumers from young girls to older sneaker fans. The photo after this post shows the alternative to a colorful pair of shoes, a black/white/gray pair of striped Air Force Ones.

Additional projects and information on customs by TeckNiColor are available through the designer’s MySpace page linked here. I hope she continues her quest to bring some color and style to the rest of the world through hot sneakers like the TeckNiColor Air Force Ones.

  • Nike Dunk High Premium: Awesome Red Swoosh!

    Nike Dunk High Premium Grey/Red
Simple can be very good in form and function. Sometimes something bland can be made to look like a superb artistic masterpiece with a bit of color and contrast. These Nike Dunk Premiums are no exception, with a bright red swoosh ‘painted’ on a canvas of…well… canvas; all held together by a ‘frame’ of smooth grey leather. It’s like a bright red brushstroke. They also feature some Zoom Air to keep your feet comfy; it’s not an SB Dunk, but it’s got Zoom. See more of this Dunk after the break. 128€.

  • Nike Hyperdunk: Aussie! Aussie! Aussie!
By on August 8th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

    Nike Hyperdunk Australia
In our travels we’ve met plenty of Australians, most have been the friendliest, albeit rowdy too, people in the world. Not a bad thing. Nike has honored the Australian Basketball Team with some Hyperdunks for the Olympics, and they’re the Ants Pants (as Aussies would say). It features the Kangaroo colors of green and gold that the Aussies love for their Rugby team as well as the Aussie flag with the British Union Jack in the canton. Will the Aussies do well in the Olympics? No worries, mate.
