Nike Zoom LeBron VI - Athlete - #1

The LeBrons: Nike Zoom LeBron VI “Athlete” features a matte silver jersey upper combined with microsuede and baltic blue details. These sneakers are one of the four pairs included in the The LeBrons series that will be releasing this Saturday.

This is my favorite shoe in the pack because I like the simplicity. Check out all the unique detailing on these kicks and the other shoes in the pack.

If you want a pair, head to one of these six stores that will be receiving the pack – the House of Hoops locations in Harlem and Los Angeles, as well as NIKETOWN and Sportsland in Chicago, and Miami’s Shoe Gallery and Cleveland’s Next.

If you are LeBron James fan, these shoes are a must have. Via Sole Collector.

This Nike Zoom Sharkley took inspiration from the Yankee colors. This design will be released for sale in a few weeks’ time. This Nike Sharkley was originally meant for the House of Hoops but Footlocker has won the right to sell this shoe too. This shoe sells for $85 per pair.

The toe box and mudguard are one continuous piece and it flows all around the shoe in a tight perimeter.Along this perimeter, there are three lines of machine stitches to give the appearance of a thick border that looks decorative too. The midsection of the shoe is enveloped in big shoe straps that stretch across to cover the shoe lace region and tongue of the sneaker. These straps are for support and stability. This shoe is a reliable shoe and many buy this model to use it to help them perform better in sports.

The tongue is white and at the tip, the brand name Nike peeps out in between the shoe straps. The Nike swoosh lies between the last two shoe straps. The straps have a random pattern of white spots. The shoe straps are grey. The midsection under the straps is blue with very thin vertical pin stripes. This is a very nice design.

  • Mile High Air Force Ones
    By on October 21st, 2008 | 1 Comment1 Comment Comments

D@ Prince Customs created these Air Force One Mids for a client in Manhattan who loves the Denver Broncos. The designer was instructed to create a conservative but stylish design that would allow the wearer to show his fandom daily. Fans of the Broncos and lovers of custom sneakers can check out D@ Prince’s MySpace page linked here.

While D@ Prince was handcuffed a bit by his client, the Mile High Air Force Ones turned out great. The left shoe features a perfect replica of the NFL logo over an orange swoosh. The right shoe has the fierce bronco’s head that adorns the helmets of Jay Cutler, Eddie Royal and other Broncos each Sunday.

D@ Prince refined small details on the Mile High Air Force Ones to keep his client happy. The orange tongue, heel tag and Nike swoosh works well with the large blue panels on the front and the heel. While D@ Prince may have been stifled a bit by his client, the Mile High Air Force Ones represent the Broncos with polish and style.
