A new colorway is emerging in the form of the under-appreciated Dunk Mid.These ones are called the Workwear named after their theme.There are many different materials in use here, including tan canvas, and there is also a wrench graphic on the insole.Check back for an official release date.

The aqua-sock-like sneaker, the Nike Air Presto, is making a return in 2009 in a wide array of colors.The material is similar to that which is used in wetsuits, and the comfort level is undeniable.These ones feature laces, which are not included in every version.No word on a release date yet.

Every year Adidas releases the Silver Forum model as part of its Anniversary celebration. Take a look at this year’s Silver Forum kicks in commemoration of Adidas’ 60th Anniversary. It comes in Metallic Silver upper with Red and Blue Stripes together with Black laces and some Black accents. This anniversary series is set to release on Summer 2009.

Yoa Kustoms dropped a pair of Eli Manning-inspired Vans Slip Ons at the Customsnkr.com blog linked here. The Go Giants! Vans feature a portrait of Giants quarterback Eli Manning rearing back to throw a ball deep down field. The designer’s work is exceptional and the release of these images coincides with this weekend’s playoff game between the Eagles and the Giants.

On the right shoe, Yoa Kustoms painted Manning’s right hand along with a tightly-held football. The football has a nice replica of the Giants logo in white. Yoa Kustoms drew Manning’s torso and head on the left shoe, getting details like his wrist bands and jersey number down perfectly.

My favorite part of the Go Giants! Vans Slip Ons is the realistic football field in the background. Yoa Kustoms drew hash marks, yard lines and realistic grass to make the portrait look lifelike. The Giants fan who picked up these custom Vans will be able to cheer on his favorite team the right way this weekend.
