Sneaker brand Onitsuka Tiger starts the Spring/Summer 2014 by unveiling two colorways for their iconic Shaw Runner silhouette. The two new iterations impress us with their materials, color schemes, and artsy graphics proving that Onitsuka Tiger has definitely developed a style wholly its own. The sneakers feature an upper made from a combination of mesh and synthetic materials.

The Black/Purple iteration is a sharp-looking sneaker that maintains a consistent color scheme. Meanwhile, the Soft Grey version gets a nice contrast from its Flame Orange midsole and Electric Blue details. Creative doodle-inspired graphics on the ankle line, tongue, midsole, and mesh panels round up the look of the sneakers.

We’re definitely thrilled that Converse has decided to release a full collection of sneakers for its Jack Purcell line. The iconic Jack Purcell silhouette is rendered in new versions including the Tortoise Twill that features premium leather and soft twill in its upper.

Converse has also modernized the Jack Purcell sneaker with the Tortoise Jack version that uses gum detailing and tortoise shell eyelets. In addition, the Pocket Square Jack provides a sleek graphic over its twill upper. The Jack Purcell Footwear Collection for Spring 2014 has dropped already and is now available at select retailers.

Nice Kicks has come together again with New Balance to produce the NB 1600 “Grand Anse”. This special make up was inspired by the beautiful Grand Anse beach on Grenada, a Caribbean island nation in the West Indies.

While Grenada may be small in size, the island is full of heart and culture. Complimenting the beautiful scenery of beaches and bays around the country is the beautiful people and friendly demeanor of Grenadians.

More than just a beach, Grand Anse is a cultural center of Grenada. Grand Anse plays host to many festivals and fetes where one can immerse themselves in the island life of food, music, dance, sport, and art.
