This popular soccer sneaker silhouette from Nike gets a new iteration and has been given a gorgeous suede treatment. Designers from the Nike team have crafted this new version of the iconic soccer shoe and made it more appropriate for everyday wear. Soccer fans will remember that the cleated edition of the sneaker was first introduced during the 1994 World Cup. With the upgrade to the sneaker, fans can now wear it on the streets.

The Suede Pack features the Nike Tiempo ’94 that is rendered in three solid colorways—emerald green, tonal red, and the classic black/white. The translucent sole has replaced the cleats, and rounding up the look of the sneaker is the Swoosh on the upper and on the flip tongue. Those who want to get a pair for themselves can check out the Nike store and other select retailers, so they can sport the kicks just in time for the upcoming Brazilian World Cup.

Matthew Miller has teamed up with FEIT for a collaboration shoes for the Fall/Winter 2014. Reworking FEIT’s “The Hand Sewn” high and low shoes, the fashion brands, which share similar style philosophies, have given each pair of models a gorgeous navy iteration. The shoes from this collaborative project will be available for a limited edition run only, but those who want to pre-order the shoes can do so now prior to its much-awaited February release. Nike has finally unveiled its “Blue Denim” Vandal High Supreme as among the sneakers that the Vandal High line will release for this year. It can be remembered that there were very limited releases from them last year and most of the drops were on selected geographical locations only. The “Blue Denim” Vandal High Supreme channels that all-American look sporting the colors blue, red, and white. Deep blue denim contrasted by gold stitching makes up the upper of this sneaker. Brass hardware, the Nike logo on the red tongue, white midsole, and red outsole round up the look of this sneaker. There are no words yet on the possible release date of the shoes, but we are expecting it to drop as soon as the black denim pair is released this month.

It’s back. Showing signs of success and growth since its 2010 inception, the fifth annual Vans Custom Culture Art Competition will give high school students all across the country the opportunity to express themselves creatively and raise money for their school’s art programs.

High school art teachers can register their school at the Vans Custom Culture site today through February 14th. Each school will use a blank Vans canvas to express their own take on action sports, art, music and local flavor. The winning school will receive $50,000 towards their art program and one of their designs will be put into production and sold at select Vans stores.

With nearly 2,000 schools expected to participate this year, the contest will see many submissions. Vans employees will select their top 50 semi-finalists, with the public voting for their favorites online later this spring. The top five finalist schools will go to New York to showcase their work to a celebrity panel for the chance at the $50,000 prize. Vans will also award the four runner-up schools a $4,000 donation to their art program. Journeys and truth will also serve as sponsors, with the retail chain awarding $10,000 to the school with the best Local Attitude design and the anti-smoking campaign handing out $10,000 to the school that designs a skate deck best inspired by a raw fact about tobacco. Purple pops off the star studded toe box on this Correlate custom, with pastel tones taking to the back paneling. With their Flyknit technology more popular than ever, Nike is bringing out three new colorways of the Lunar Chukka. Before the knitted design is debuted on Kobe Bryant’s Nike Kobe 9, the Nike Lunar Flyknit Chukka features the highest cut of the family. Three new style codes of the model are on their way, with each of them featuring a different bold hue. The most subtle of the group is Squadron Blue/Pure Platinum, while Bright Crimson/Total Orange and Night Factor/Volt makeups are more bold.
