Kanye West to adidas is super official. While The Three Stripes have remained quiet during Kanye’s recent radio run and talks of signing his deal, an official statement spotted at Complex confirms that adidas and West will be kicking it come the new year:

Seen for the first time yesterday, we get a detailed look at the upcoming BAIT x ASICS Gel Lyte III “BASICS Model-001 Vanquish” release. A custom camouflage print pops off the base, contrasted by jet black, nailhead suede trim. Metal mesh is used to reinforce the model, with metallic gold and red accents providing highlight. adidas has been in the hip-hop headlines as of late with Kanye West inking a deal and Big Sean putting on for the brand, and it now appears that the Three Stripes are throwing it back to their rap roots this holiday season.
