There’s no question that retro releases are Jordan Brand‘s bread and butter, but don’t be so quick to put JB’s hybrid sneakers on the back-burner. Jordan 6 Rings Black/Varsity Red

The Jordan 6 Rings Black/Varsity Red is probably the most polarizing hybrid to date, as many either love them or hate them. The sneaker bears a striking resemblance to the “Playoffs” Air Jordan 11, so while some view them as a lesser version, others are drawn to the smooth patent leather and contrasting color scheme.

Chris Brown was one individual drawn to this sneaker, and Paul Wall liked them so much he even wore them on the No Sleep Til Houston mixtape cover.
