The Hundreds, from Los Angeles, commands respect as a player in the field of streetwear. So when it announces a silhouette, naturally we are excited. The kicks in question are the Hundreds Ikat Johnson Mid “Cactus”. The much-loved Johnson gets covered in a fiery Ikat print that makes use of off white, orange, and black to create a cactus print. Orange laces add to the fiery effect.

The textile upper lends itself nicely as a base for the print; the Ikat technique is practiced in Indonesia. These sit a white vulcanized sole. Take a look at the images.

The mita sneakers x Nike Free Woven 4.0 QS brings together mita of Tokyo and Nike for the former’s take on the Free Woven 4.0. This is a quickstrike release that goes on sale tomorrow in Japan. The sneaker feature a largely blue upper with two swaths of red and white cutting through the blue in a crisscross. The handwoven beauties sit on a black midsole that is kind of indistinguishable from the upper.

The outsole, in contrast, is white. Take a look at the images, checkered insole and all. Would you cop a pair of these limited edition kicks?

The Nike Roshe Run SneakerBoot that first made news in June this year, is back in a black and silver color combo. The dainty mesh of the Roshe Run gives way to materials that do justice to its tag of being a sneakerboot – the kind you can wear outside in winter. Quilted nylon and ripstop cover the front portion of the sneaker, while suede makes up the sides.

A leather Swoosh sits atop the suede saddle.
