This Vans Madero features a Tiger Camo print and is available now for $65. The print looks kind of inspired by Chinese creativity, more like a Tiger-Dragon print or an abstract art kind of tiger. Anyone seen anything similar on Ming vases? The canvas upper features black, green, and brown prints all over the body. It’s not your run-of-the-mill camo print. Looks pleasing to the eye.

The branding appears where you’d expect it to; on theinsole, back heel, and side of the shoe. The black laces contrast nicely with the white midsole.

Okay, probably the most exciting news of the day for me. The French Open is over and the most exalted of tennis tournaments, the Wimbledon, begins in a few days. Keeping this in mind: Nike has introduced the Wimbledon footwear collection.

Tennis whites and Nike tennis shoes on the hallowed turf of London worn by players like Juan Martín del Potro, Roger Federer, Li Na, Rafael Nadal, Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams will make for an interesting picture. Potro will be shod in the Nike Air Max Cage, Sharapova and Federer will wear the Nike Zoom Vapor 9, while Nadal, who is already a tennis immortal, will take to the courts in the Nike Air Max Courtballistec 4.3.

HUF of California has introduced a Navy and Lime-colored version of its popular “Genuine” silhouette. The low cut costs $65 and is available now. The navy suede contrasts nicely with the green on the inner and piping on the vulcanized midsole. These sneakers feature tonal laces. The Genuine sits on a thick white midsole. The moccasin-like Genuine brings something different to the table with each model.

The Nike Air 180 “Terra Olive” is a part of the Terra Pack and this iteration showcases the Nike Air 180 with “All Conditions Gear” (ACG) appeal. The Olive mesh and brown suede upper has green and blue accents for company. A white and yellow speckled midsole reminds us of the ACG connection.

Take a look at this; no word on what the complementary pair to the Terra Olive will look like. These are set for release in the holiday season. Take a look at the images; the blue does the trick for me.
