The ASICS GT-II “Blue/White–Orange” is set for a July release, at least in Europe. These can be yours for Eur 111.96. Orange on the inner lining and the outline of the vector is a nice touch on this predominantly purple silhouette. A white midsole has α Gel printed on it. This particular colorway, a synthetic and leather creation, was previewed in April and set for an August release.

Looks like it is debuting a month earlier. More colorways that appeared alongside this one will doubtless start appearing on online stores now.

After being teased with a first look at the upcoming Nike LeBron XI, and keeping in mind that the Air Jordan 11 was undoubtedly a milestone for the Air Jordan line, it’s about time that we reflect upon the LeBron signature line. To ensure that this isn’t a boring history lesson, we’ve livened things up by stacking LeBron’s kicks up against the gamut of Jordans in a head-to-head matchup to see how it measures up with the legendary line. Nike Air Zoom Generation vs. Air Jordan 1

Predicated on catering to the technical side of shoe design while providing optimum comfort, the Nike Air Zoom Generation still managed to be an aesthetically pleasing and provocative sneaker. The Air Jordan 1, on the other hand, sported a silhouette that took cues from the Nike Team Convention and Nike Dunk. Interestingly, going the safer route with the Air Jordan I proved to be effective, as it has been the most retro’d sneaker in the line, transitioning well as an off-the-court shoe.

The “Neckface” Nike SB Blazer Mid comes to a shoe store near you tomorrow, i.e. Saturday, June 15th. As you all know, the Blazer gets the Neckface moniker courtesy of Nike’s collaboration with the streetwear artist of the same name. The sneaker features a yellow suede base with the names of Nike SB riders printed on it in black, and they are quite readable in spite of the stylized approach.

The “Nike SB Chronicles Vol. 2″ insole carries some more artwork from Neckface.

The Nike Air Force 1 Downtown has been seen in a multitude of eye-catching colorways, including a previous high-top spike version courtesy of Liberty collaboration. Though the Nike Air Force 1 Downtown “Spike” has an all-white base, while silver molded spikes set this shoe apart. The aggressive spike accents are present in abundance on the toe box, midpanel, and along the heel spine. Rounded white laces add a premium element to the Air Force 1 “Spike,” and the sneaker is finished with a translucent, blue ice sole perfect for summer wear.
