The Nike Air Max 97 “Sunset” is yet another one from the eponymously named pack. The Air 1 EM, and Air Max 90 have already made an appearance online, and now it’s time to introduce you all good sneaker lovers to the Nike Air Max 97 “Sunset”.
It is yet another classic that now gets an EM makeover. Take a look at the images. The upper showcases a gradient color scheme that moves from orange to yellow toward the heel. Kind of like a bright aquarium fish. It’s a super sleek silhouette that sits on a white mudguard.

The Nike Air Hawk Flight is far from the most storied sneaker from the late ‘90s. Regardless, the memories of Gary Payton and Jesus Shuttlesworth rocking this model make them special to many. Its metallic winged upper is still a standout and its lack of visible Air could make for a cheap retro (we hope). OG colorways and new makeups could both work. Bring ‘em back!

King James obviously has Nike LeBron X colorways for days and days. In his first game back from a hamstring injury, LeBron James took to the court in a new colorway of his 10th signature sneaker to beat the Philadelphia 76ers. This particular pair features an upper primarily colored in white with red Fuse windows on the side panels. It is also finished with a grey speckled midsole, a grey midfoot section and a red outsole/Air Max unit.
We also spotted Nick Young and Ray Allen wearing the Air Jordan 5 Black/Metallic Silver and the “He Got Game” Air Jordan 13 in the same matchup, respectively. View these kicks plus more, worn by John Wall, Kawhi Leonard, Joe Johnson and others, in today’s edition of Kicks On Court.
