How close is the Nike Air Yeezy 2 to being a reality? Closer than you may think, if one were to go by the recently seen pic of two pairs of feet rocking these sneakers. This low-top has been around for many summers, from 1971 to be precise, and is an all-season favorite. A superb interplay of white and grey on the upper catches the eye. The Nike Waffle Racer Vintage “Orange” is another vintage reprisal of this much-loved low-cut silhouette from the seventies. This dark orange colorway follows the Purple Waffle racer released earlier.

White lining and swoosh are a perfect foil to the orange. The sneakers feature an off-white midsole and sit on plastic treads. Interesting to know that the waffle sole goes back so far in time and actually has such functional significance that it gets used on runners such as these.
