The adidas Originals adiTennis ’90s is a hybrid; having been developed using inspiration from high top lifestyle sneakers and basketball kicks from the 90s. Mesh paneling, leather, and suede have gone into the creation of the upper. Blue, red, white, and black come together to create a feisty color combination. The whole effect is very old school. Like what you’d have worn in the nineties for a hard game of tennis. Yes, do not forget these are tennis kicks created by fusing two different styles.

The Vans TNT5 in seafoam and white is an interesting take on Tony Trujillo’s signature kicks. A skateboarding sneaker that is clean cut and comfortable. The colorway is targeted at the coming spring season. We get an all suede upper. White appears on the laces, the Vans symphony bar, and the midsole. Tonal laces can present a totally different picture and you are free to use those.

A spark of brightness comes via the bright red Vans tab on the heel. And of course, these kicks rest on that endearing Vans creation, the waffle sole.

The  Sk8-Hi LX and Era LX together make up the Vans Vault OG Aloha pack. Each is available in Blue Aloha/Sea Pink and Maroon Aloha/Dusty Jade Green colorways. A nice choice of silhouettes, both high and low cuts are covered here. And the soft colors here are obviously inspired by Hawaiian shirts.

Take a look at the images. What do you see? We see solid colors on the toecap area of these sneakers, solid colors on the inner side panel and Hawaiian prints on the outer panels. We also see the iconic Vans checker pattern on the midsole. Leather lining and white accents complete the picture.

The design and color combination is wacky to say the least and you’ve got to have that X factor in you to wear these. Looks like folks in the 70s and 80s had oodles of what was required to carry off these sneakers. Because these designs are a throwback from those times.
