adidas Skateboarding has teamed up with flourishing skate brand Blood Wizard for the all-new Blood Wizard x adidas Adi Ease. The Adi Ease model is cloaked in black suede on the majority of the shoe, and hits of grey on the heel. BLDWZRD replaces the customary adiEase wording along the quarter panels, and the 3-strip branding is updated to include a red and black serrated design. The collaborative effort is finished off with red lining and a special edition Blood Wizard insole. The Blood Wizard x adidas Adi Ease is available now at select retailers, including Premier.

Eric Koston is one of the most recognizable skaters in the world, and he is also the subject of “The Legend Grows”. Produced by Nike SB, the newest commercial spot features the legend of Eric Koston growing stronger alongside the likes of other Nike Athletes including Tiger Woods and Kyrie Irving. Also, you can see the Nike SB Eric Koston 2 on foot in the video, which is set to release on April 1, 2013. Check out the spot below.

We’ve seen multiple closets, a vault and many other storages for sneaker collections, but Jada, Chris Paul’s wife, recently revealed an Instagram pic of CP’s bedroom-turned shoe room called the ‘museum.’ The pic sheds light on Chris’ extensive collection, including a multitude of Air Jordan 4s.

The FILA 96, Grant Hill’s signature model gets a retro rebirth, of which we first heard a month or two ago, has finally reached the stage of pre-order. FILA has had some big releases in the 80s and 90s but has since operated a little under the radar, maybe a little like Puma; waiting for that one big hit to get some public mindspace. But that’s so difficult these days. The brand and Grant Hill though are perfect matches, both doughty players in their fields.  The 40-year-old Hill is the second-oldest player in the NBA, one day younger than Kurt Thomas.

Take a look at the image; this is certainly not a design of the new millennium. Truly from the nineties and is indeed a FILA design. So, what do we have? We have a white tumbled leather upper with navy blue accenting on a silhouette that is spartan and yet arresting to look at. And why won’t it look cool? This is Italian designing to the fore. The navy/red/white colors of the brand appear on the lateral side.

These are available now and can be yours for $90. These are like memorabilia from another time. You may wish to own a pair.

The United Arrows x New Balance 1500 uses a much-acclaimed NB silhouette and comes up with a winner. There’s no dearth of beige-uppered sneakers out there; but this presentation is different. Different because New Balance is synonymous with suede and mesh creations. And this collaborative piece puts a twist on that by almost eliminating the areas traditionally given to mesh in New Balance creations. Matching socks add to the effect of a sunset on a prairie landscape.

The model, first launched in 1989, is still going strong and fully deserves a collaborative tribute. Apart from the rich nubuck suede upper, the golden bordering on the “N” and the similar-colored lettering on the tongue add to the tonal effect.

These sneakers are set for a release next month. A United Arrows x New Balance collaboration is not the easiest pair of kicks to lay hands on if you are in America; but things are probably turning for the better. First, it was the Beauty & Youth 1700s and now there is a good chance that we may be able to see them on retailer shelves in the US of A.
