Crafted by the folks at PMK and Philadelphia sneaker store Villa, we present to you what is being called the first Nike Air Yeezy 2 custom. Following the original Egyptian theme, the lateral ankle panel of the shoe has been transformed into a golden wing. Both thoughtful and bodacious, the customization continues with a custom black box that mimics the make up of the shoe down to the glow in the dark toe. The Alexander McQueen Puma Collaboration under the company’s Black Label line brings us a sneaker quite different from the rest – I mean, when was the last time you read about a pair of kicks made from glove leather with collapsible upper. The colorway of choice is Moonless Night.

The designer has obviously been inspired by the medieval knights of yore; their heavily clad-in-armor bodies and big steeds. The pattern on the chunky sole reminds one of the chainmail armor used by the fighters of old. And of course, the name “Joust”, we know what that means, don’t we?

These beauties that fuse high end fashion with tough functionality are priced at $395.
