Under Armour unveiled one of, if not its most innovative footwear design earlier this week in New York City. The Under Armour Spine, a silo inspired by the actual human spine, weighs in at 9.7 ounces. Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank was in attendance to introduce the Spine, along with UA’s creative director of footwear Dave Dombrow and others. Additionally, brand members Tom Brady, Lindsey Vonn and Kemba Walker were present and shared their experiences in the Spine pertaining to training. Check out a full photo recap of the Under Armour Spine event, which includes images of upcoming Spine colorways. The Under Armour Spine will officially release on June 29th, 2012 in multiple color schemes.
