Would you brag it enough? Yes the biggest AIR is up in another Air More Uptempo release that is a part of the upcoming Dream Team Throwback Pack. It is indeed the largest AIR print ever in Nike’s history and is making a come back since it appeared during Dream Team 2’s Gold Medal-winning run in the 1996 Olympics. Former Chicago Bulls’ small forward, Scottie Pippen showcased this silhouette during the games.

To continue its existence, Nike took the Nike Air More Uptempo out from the vault and dressed it up with a Team USA-inspired upper that owns a combination of navy and white. The base comes in perforated navy leather and the entire side panel has been occupied by the large print AIR in white leather patched horizontally from the toe through the heel. Pippen’s jersey number 8 in gold/navy is embroidered on the heel, and below it is a glossy Swoosh. Nike equipped this Air More Uptempo with the famous full length Max Air unit plus speed lacing system.

Our Kicks On Court Weekly Recap show is on the road at the NBA Western Conference Finals this weekend in Oklahoma City, and we’ve stumbled upon a few things, including Kevin Durant’s “Three 4 Five” KD IVs. In our conversation with Durant, he stated that the spelled-out ‘Three’ and ‘Five’ on the tongue and in the nickname represent his jersey number, while the numeric ’4′ symbolizes this shoe being the fourth in his young signature line. The color scheme, featuring vivid shades of yellow, blue and pink, is reminiscent of the vibrant colors bike-a-thon participants wear. To finish it off, the KD IV “Three 4 Five” features a graphic of Kevin Durant riding a bicycle – something KD simply described to us as “just something different” on the heel.
