A little over a week after Celtics wingman Mikael Pietrus sported the “Action Green” Huarache 2012s on court, our Kicks On Court column spotted Rajon Rondo wearing the “Volt” Huarache 2012 in last night’s Game 7 of the 76ers vs. Celtics series. If you have been keeping up with Kicks On Court this season, you would know that Rajon Rondo has worn the Huarache Basketball 2012 on a number of occasions this year, but this is the first time he, or anybody else for that matter, has worn the “Volt” colorway on court. Colorways of Kevin Durant’s fourth signature shoe continue to unload as the season unravels. A little over a week ago, Kevin Durant hinted at a “Scoring Title” KD IV in our conversation with him during the Mavs vs. Thunder first round series. We now get our first look at this vibrant Nike Zoom KD IV. It possesses a gold and blue color scheme with a unique graphic on the Adaptive Fit strap, collar and inner lining. The tongue also features his three scoring title averages on a basketball/basketball goal graphic. Stay tuned for additional info/photos of the “Scoring Title” KD IV, and look for Durant to debut these on court in the very near future. What are your preliminary thoughts on this shoe?

With the NBA season on the brink of the Conference Finals, we’re down to three weeks until a 2012 Kicks On Court Champion is crowned. This past week capped a strong showing for nominee Nick Young, as he laced up in the Nike Air Zoom Generation “First Game” and the “Dark Neon Royal” Nike Foamposites. Plus, one of the greatest scorers of all-time makes a rare, surprising appearance in this week’s edition.
