Last week, we showed you the Nike Zoom KD IV “EYBL” Blue colorway, a pair designed specifically for the Elite Youth Basketball League that KD participates in every summer. Today, we take a look at another KD IV for the EYBL. This pair features the exact same splotchy look as seen in the above-mentioned pair, with a black tongue slowly fading into a predominately red upper. Hints of silver and gold can also be spotted on the Swoosh branding, which is topped off with a special EYBL basketball logo on the tongue.

However, our Kicks On Court column spotted the Black Mamba in one of the most eye-popping colorways of this model to date. In detail, Bryant debuted the “Poison Dart Frog” Kobe VII in a loss to the Houston Rockets last night. It features a Lakers-esque, black, purple and yellow color scheme with splotches of those colors throughout the midfoot to further connect with the poison dart frog theme. Buzzing off Penny Hardaway endorsement and All-Star hysteria, the Nike Flight One surprised many by moving fast in the “Galaxy” and “Orlando” colorways last month. Today, we get a preview of an alternate makeup with Magic inspiration. This White/Royal pair sports a leather base, trademark tongue, and grey accents.
