The last Air Jordan 8.0 release of the year comes in the form of this Black/Dark Charcoal-White pair today. It specifically contains a mainly black colored upper comprised of suede, Flywire and leather. A white cross strap and outsole break up the otherwise all-black 8.0. Lastly, Jordan Brand incorporated a black/white splatter design that is reminiscent of the Air Jordan 8.

Who says all team shoes have to be boring? Not Jordan Brand. The subdivision’s start saw the blueprint for clean and classy footwear, notably on the Team One. Worn by OG JB schools like Cincinnati, St. Johns, and North Carolina A & T, the position-less prototype was embraced on and off the court by teams and individuals alike. The early 2000s saw a quick retro with slow sales and many passing. We slept, we’re not alone, our bad. Let’s do these a justice and go all out. We’re talking UNC, Georgetown, Oak Hill, iD, the works. Bring ‘em back!

Was this week for sneakers uneventful? We wouldn’t quite say that. The “Weatherman” KDIVs launched, D-Wade dropped a new sig, and we caught close up shots of the Yeezy 2. Pretty good, really. With huge releases on the horizon new silos were a little slow as consumers save up for the heavy holiday. With out looking too far back or ahead, we focused on the here and now for this week’s good, bad, and ugly.
