After many shots of the GS Air Jordan 4 “Cement”, the real-deal hit the web this week. Readers everywhere let out a collective sigh of relief as rubber wings were in tact and shape was straight. As good as that was to see (two pairs now?) we recieved another first look at what may be the biggest release of 2012. While all that was good, even great, there were still slots to fill. We see the right shoe at the wrong time and the wrong shoe but the right choice. Confusing, yes, but it will all make sense after reading our picks. Give us your own in the comment section.

When the “Eggplant” Foamposite first dropped in 2009 we were all stunned. Could there really be a better colorway than the OG? This question arises again with the “Metallic Red” makeup set to drop in February. Already a front-runner for 2012’s sneaker of the year, where do these rank for you?
