Boston’s Bodega and Saucony keep the gems coming with their latest collaborative release. This time, the Grid 9000 was the chosen silhouette. Tattoos and fast cars, do you know who they are? The music video for Cash Money’s “Bling Bling” featured more than just ludicrous amounts of jewelry and a bonus Wayne verse, it also featured a sneaker sighting. Departing from the team edition white-on-whites, super producer and one-half of the Big Tymers Mannie Fresh made his grandeur entrance hopping off a helicopter in the adidas Pro Model. Unique to the time, this makeup featured a white tongue and toe box set to a black upper much like the Superstar. Balla!
