The influential designer piece was lucky to be the New Balance 999, a running silhouette that originated in the late 90′s as a performance runner but has gained ground lately as a casual model. It boasts Abzorb cushioning and fine materials such as suede and mesh.

Going back to the New Balance and CNCPTS collaboration, a limited edition of the 999 has earned treatment from the Boston shop. Given a nautical theme, the sailing aesthetic, New Balance 999 x CNCPTS is presented by regatta flags on the tongue. The washed out bone color of a yacht hull set off by hits of royal blue and sport red features confetti-like embellishment at the heel counter. This release came up not so long ago, and now it shows up on eBay with a price tag of $400. It comes with a mesh CNCPTS shoe bag and original box.
