  • Nike WMNS Terminator High Basic Birch, Daybreak
By on July 17th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

How would you define the term ‘basic’? For us, it would be something very simple to understand since it depicts of anything that is fundamental or is related to foundation. This Nike Terminator has been successful in doing that. This is a classic basketball sneaker right from the 80s that has set the Nike Retro precedent. The only difference is that the use of colors and kind of materials are quite different from the basic white leather implemented for the originals.

Both colors though of the uppers feature a polka dot style on a material that is canvas-like. It has a speckled pattern spreaded out sporadically right on the uppers. Its birch color features some seaweed, dark green with solar red contrast colors while the daybreak is paired up with light gold and spice red. Take a good look at these pictures to see what we mean and we’re sure you would love them!

  • Nike WMNS Dunk High Premium Black, White, Polka Dots
By on July 17th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

We surely cannot speak for you, but as for us, we have really seen a lot of Nike Dunks with polka dots already along with some having the circular patterns. But with this one, you would witness one of the most unique implementations of the design which is called the spotted technique. This is a Nike Premium level release of the 2008 shape but made and revised to be for the ladies only.

These brand new Dunk Highs are made in supple black leather with some white on the middle sole, the tongue tag and the laces. Starting from this, you can already say it looks really nice. But once you see the huge dots adding up a shiny concept and as if contributing a tumbled effect to the entire shoes, then you would surely be attracted to it. You can check out more images of the shoes here and stay tuned for more updates.

  • Air Jordan Prime 5 for Spring 2011
By on July 17th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

It was not so long ago when some sneaker blogs reported about an upcoming Air Jordan 6-17 hybrid that looks just how the name implies. This is an Air Jordan combined together with an XVII. For the 2011 collection of the Jordan brand hybrids, you can also expect the Air Jordan Prime 5 which is described as the hybrid of Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan Alpha 1 with some hints of Air Jordan V.

This Air Jordan Prime 5 uses the silhouette of the two first sneaker pairs but the AJV netting features can be seen on the center panel. Its toe box, upper lace placket and heel also go after the look of the Air Jordan V while its tongue look more of a silver 3M material. You would notice that the 1+5 hybrid is more subtle than the 6+17 hybrid. What’s good about it is that both Air Jordan 1 and V are represented well in these sneakers.
