  • Air Jordan IX Retro – Black/Dark Charcoal/True Red – New Images
By on June 26th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

A couple of days ago, we got our first look at yet another Air Jordan IX Retro. But this time, sneakerheads didn’t yell at their computer screen. This Black/Dark Charcoal/True Red of the Air Jordan IX is an OG colorway. Just the fact that this is an OG colorway, sneakerheads will go crazy over these.

Black and dark charcoal suede combine to make up the upper. True red accents come into place on the tongue, inner lining, heel, and the Jumpman on the midsole. If you compare the OGs and these retros, you can see that the charcoal used here is slightly lighter than the charcoal used on the OG pair. If you still aren’t convinced, check out the newest images of this Air Jordan IX Retro.

The Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack has made its impact on many. Most people put blood, sweat, and tears into their Infrared Pack. Some just laid back and got their pack easy thanks to some connects. Well Drake might be one of those people who got their pack without any work. Drake just recently dropped his debut album, Thank Me Later. The most anticipated album of the year sold over 400,000 copies the first week alone. Other than a great hip-hop artist, Drake is also a huge sneakerhead. We have seen Drake is many Air Jordans here at MyAirShoes, so this latest sighting comes as no surprise. Drake is seen here rocking the White/Infrared Air Jordan VI from the recently released Infrared Pack. Drake couldn’t rock these any better.

    Air Jordan Alpha 1 Chocolate/Black
Brand Jordan has unveiled another Alpha 1 based on an outdoor concept. The original basketball shoe is now dressed up with classic colorway that promotes Chocolate and Black combination. The toe box for example is finished in Chocolate leather with heavy perforations along with the ankle, heel, and Swoosh. The remaining portion is covered with Black leather and it uses the same tint on the textured collar and midsole strip. This Jordan shoe features the wings insignia on the ankle as well as Swoosh on the side panel, an indication of an early Air Jordan product. This will be made available at Air Jordan retailers soon.

Just want to buy a pair of Nike SB Zoom Bruin White/Black right now? Nike SB Zoom Bruin White/Black.

    Nike SB Zoom Bruin White/Black
It looks like the Nike Bruin will be taking that the Blazer once took some time ago.It started off as an old school basketball sneaker but over the years has transformed itself into a Zoom equipped sneaker that will work really well for skating and be including as a part of Nike’s SB line. This is definitely true for Nike’s latest shoe, the Nike SB Bruin in this really simple yet nice white and black colorway.

Some may argue that a colorway as simple as white and black is old, tired and played out, but it is hard to argue with the simple appeal that a shoe like this gives sneakerheads. We think that this shoe would make a really nice option for cruising down the boardwalk at the beach and if you can see yourself doing just that then you can pick up a pair of these now.

Some of you will remember when the Nike Air Max Tricky was released back in late 2008 and just like the name, getting sneakerheads to embrace this new model was indeed tricky. There were definitely a handful of people who liked the design, but the majority of people were just not really feeling it.This new model that we have just uncovered is only a sample, but maybe it will be enough to get a positive reaction out of fans and find its way onto retail shelves.Let’s take a closer look at what this shoe has going on for it right now.

Of course this shoe features the Nike Air Max 1 sole, but on top of that it will feature a quilted section towards the front of the upper. The sample will come in a colorway that features brown, tan and blue which all blend really nice together.

  • Air Jordan IX Retro – Black/Citrus – Release Date Changed
By on June 25th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

All year long, the Citrus 9s were much anticipated. Many sneakerheads were counting down the days on the calendars, waiting for July 3rd to come. However, we have some breaking news. Foot Locker has moved up the release date two days early to July 1st, which just so happens to be a Thursday. Thursday is an unusual day for an Air Jordan release considering that most Jordan’s are released on a Saturday. For now, this release date change only applies to Foot Locker, but if any other retailers follow, we will let you know. This is great news for most people, but it could be bad news for some trying to save up with two less days. Look for these July 1st at Foot Locker locations and Footlocker.com
