  • Nike Zoom Kobe V – USA Basketball
By on May 5th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

The FIBA World Basketball Championship is just around the corner. To go with the USA colors, Nike has created this Zoom Kobe V for Kobe Bryant and other members of the USA team. I must say, the USA colors look really well on the Zoom Kobe V. White is put into used on the flywire, toe box, and midsole. Navy blue is used on a big part of the sneaker, including the Nike swoosh, midfoot, and lace panel. Red covers the swoosh border, ankle mesh, and sock liner. Lets wait and see if the USA can win the FIBA Championship in these Kobe Vs. No release date has been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.

So far, 2010 has been a huge year for the Air Jordan IX Retro. We have seen some very nice colorways on the 9s, including the Citrus colorway which seems to be everyones favorite. Well another usual Air Jordan IX is on its way as the OG colorway of the 9s has gotten a release date. This White/Black/Varsity Red colorway of the Air Jordan IX Retro is set to drop on August 7th, 2010, at Jordan Brand retailers. If you remember, this same colorway of the 9s were released back in March 2008 as part of the Air Jordan 9/14 Countdown Pack. Even though some people will hate on these, i see these being very successful due to the fact that this is a OG colorway. Check out pics of the upcoming retro and tell us what you think.

We just got a look at the Nike Air Max 97 Lux, which is limited to 1,695 pairs. Well here is another Lux pair as the Nike Terminator Low carries the luxury look. This Nike Terminator Low Lux is certainly one of the best with it using some fantastic materials. But this is a unreleased sample, which Im sure crushed a lot of hopes. This Terminator Low Lux is flooded with eye-catching features we don’t see everyday. The obvious material is snakeskin which is used throughout the sneaker including the toe. Other features include a ostrich leather Nike swoosh, a studded lace dubrae, and a black sole. This is a very nice Terminator, but sorry you won’t be able to get your hands on these as they are a unreleased sample. Check out more pics after the jump and let us know what you think.

  • Nike Dunk High In Army Green/Orange Blaze-Mint
By on May 5th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

Here’s a new release for the Nike Dunk High series in colors of army green/orange blaze-mint. With all its interesting colors and the multiple texture patterns, this totally makes the shoe an accessory that is very easy to match an attire with.

This Nike Dunk High has a checker pattern in mint and white. The contrast is apparent in denim which gives a good feel to the shoes that goes throughout the whole shoe, even in the lace, the heel, panel and the wing. To keep it apart from the rest of the Dunk Low version whose swoosh is in white, this one sports a blazing orange swoosh that makes the shoe look so real.

This blaze orange color is seen not just on the Nike swoosh but also on the tongue made in nylon, and the mesh inner lining. This can be your by visiting 21 Mercer or in your nearest sneaker retail store.

  • Nike Hyperize Derek Fisher Home PE
By on May 5th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

Nike came up with a player’s edition for the Nike Hyperize in commemoration of Derek Fisher’s 183 playoff games and contributions. It is known to everyone that Nike Hyperize has been a favorite sneaker for the entire season recently. This edition of the Nike Hyperize has features of white leather, some color blocks of gold and purple, laces that are in purple as well, and a tongue tag of D FISH.

This home edition of Derek Fisher PE is typically the same as the Hyperize Away of Derek Fisher but this time with some white leather rather than black. What stayed with this edition is its flywire in purple with some heel cap and outsole in yellow.

The bad news is that this might not be able to hit the retailers’ shops soon but it will always stay as a fresh pair of basketball shoes for anyone to freely admire and dream to have.
