Ah yes, we’re a bit late celebrating this here, but here’s the deal: once again the masters of jumps have delivered a masterly stroke with the gold-encrusted sword of sportsmanship. This recent celebration had all the allure of a Dionysiac feast, a Bacchanal, or another form of hedonistic extremism, but in the end what remains in the mind is the soul-scorching hotness of the day, and heart-blasting excitement of the moment.

Life goes on, but we’re glad that there are these life-stopping moments of ecstacy when we see our champions conquer all obstacles and set examples of supremacy the like of which has never been seen before.

It is great to be an American.

  • Ode to Chueh Dunks Customs
By on June 22nd, 2009 | No Comments Comments

My first reaction when i saw the customs was OMG, Where can i get these!! Im pretty sure the most of your reactions will be the same for the amazing Nike Dunks Customs. These beauties were designed by Yoa Kustoms, paying homage to not only his character scheme but Luke Chueh’s overall design aesthetic, employing minimal color to highlight the simple animals in ill-fated situations. Chueh’s character is featured on the shoe as well as the insole’s, against a simple, faded background. Also, the blood dripping from the heel as well as the swoosh additionally celebrates Chueh’s artform and sets the design off.
