The classic Vans Vault model is back again with yet another masterful renovation of the basic team. Like the clay from which the potter is able to create countless different models, the basic form of the Vans design is flexible and rich, allowing the designers the power to recreate and innovate while remaining loyal to the tradition.

The color choices for the pair are convincing and striking. The form is elegant and stylish, with no hint of excess or superfluity. Forever young is perhaps the right word for this design, where the experience and audacity come together to inspire and excite.

This modest yet luxurious pair will be released during Holiday 2009. We encourage you to create your chance of touching this pair through any means possible. Via HS.

Casey Custom Sneakers produced the Twilight Converse All Stars for a fan of the Twilight book series who runs Talking Twilight, a popular site for fans of the books and upcoming movies. The Twilight Converse All Stars encompass all of Stephanie Meyer’s books from Twilight to Breaking Dawn in a unique way. I found the Twilight Converse All Stars at the Casey Custom’s website linked here.

The tongues and interior sides of both shoes feature the cover shots of the four Twilight books. The designer did a great job of transferring these images from book jackets to canvas. Fans of Stephanie Meyer’s work should find these sneakers to be a fitting tribute to Twilight’s distinctive cover art.

The exterior sides require more interpretation as the designer and his client wanted to play up the relationship between Bella and Edward. Casey Custom Sneakers portrayed a lion and a lamb in the wilderness to symbolize the protective relationship Edward has with Bella. As the Twilight series moves from books to the big screen, the Twilight Converse All Stars will no doubt garner more attention. Casey Custom Sneakers added a new element for the legions of Twilight fans worldwide by sticking to basics rather than going off on flights of fancy.

  • Rick Griffin x Vans Vault – June 2009

Vans Vault has been concentrating on designs inspired by skateboarding. Recvently however they have been diversfying into areas that have been donminated previously by other, more boastful brands in the market. But the moves of Vans are calculated well: they are patient, careful and determined in their decisions.

In this pair, Vans is using the legendary designs of Rick Griffin, with his famous skulls and roses dominating the design. Vans has always been at the edge when it comes to elegance and artistic value, and they don’t disappoint in this case either.

The magnificent beauty of this design leaves little to the imagination. But in addition, these sneakers are the spirit of a new era for Vans, if we’re not mistaken. A combination of ancient wisdom and modern prowess ensures that the bold steps of Vans into the uncharted waters of the sneaker world will not be without success.

  • Air Jordan Ol’ Skool II Low – Black – White
By on May 9th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

    air-jordan-ole28099-skool-ii-low-black-white

This wonderful design from the Jordan series is a reference to the times when the Jordan brand was shaking the earth with each new model relesed. Those days are not gone entirely, but there is certainly something lacking in the love of retros these days in comparison to the never ending creativity of the past.

The Jordan Old School is all about the revival of the ancient traditions of Nike, and recommitment to the virtues that made Nike the greatest among all other brands. The technical prowess of the designers is obvious in the uninhibited power of the pair, but more than that, these is a declaration of triumph after the struggles of decades.

Seek your pair at eBay. That is the safer way of catching these, as stampedes may endanger your life otherwise.
