FUZN Designs has been busy creating custom hats and sneakers recently including the Hail to the Thief Converse All Stars. These custom All Stars are based on the album cover for Radiohead’s Hail to the Thief which first hit music stores in 2003. I found the Hail to the Thief Converse All Stars at the FUZN Designs Facebook page linked here.

Radiohead’s Hail to the Thief featured cover material that played on the frustrations of the world in the days after September 11, 2001. The cover is replicated accurately on outsides of both shoes including the buzz words of the time topped off by a bleak horizon. The interiors of both shoes remain white with the band’s name in black lettering just above the midsole.

I was impressed by the detailed work done by FUZN Designs on such a difficult design. The small lettering, rich details on the horizon and varied colors required painstaking hours at the work bench.
