  • Bounce, Bounce Air Force Ones
By on January 15th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

D@ Prince Customs was asked to create another pair of Tigger-inspired customs for a client in London. The Bounce, Bounce Air Force Ones play off some of the same themes as his earlier sneakers with a few new touches. These photos were found at the Nike Talk post linked here.

D@ Prince started out with customary images of Tigger goofing around, lazing around on the right shoe and sticking out his tongue on the left shoe. He placed his client’s name (Tasha) just above the outsole on both shoes in Tigger orange. He framed the T in Tasha with a white shadow that required some hardwork and time.

On the heel tag, D@ Prince wrote Passion Fruit to fulfill Tasha’s custom sneaker request. While I am sure the designer does not want to be typecast for his cartoon images, he has mastered the Tigger image while bringing his own flavor to the classic character. D@ Prince Customs did a great job turning a familiar theme into something fresh with the Bounce, Bounce Air Force Ones.
