Take a walk back a couple years to Nike SB’s silver box series to the Star Wars inspired Jedis a.k.a. Yoda Dunk Low, well I guess you can call this part 2. The reclently released Boba Fett Dunk Hi, was inspired by the galactic bounty hunter Boba Fett. The shoes feature dark olive suede around the toe cap, eye stay, and back flaps, along with a red swoosh and yellow tongue. No word on release date but they like the Gold Rails will only be released at select Nike SB retailers. via: Vapors

Nike Snowboarding-Stash: Zoom Force 1 Boot & Jacket.By SneakerFreak on September 28th, 2008 | No Comments
here. This will be sold at
Nike Snowboarding. Nike will introduce its own snowboarding brand called “Nike Snowboarding.” Nike wants to introduce the Zoom Force 1 Boot. They will stock a variety of colors and materials later. The designs will be varied for men and women. The Nike Snowboarding boots will have matching jackets and pants. The first launch of the Nike Snowboarding brand is a design done in collaboration with Stash, an artist. Stash designed a boot and a coordinated piece, which is a jacket, to accessorize. I like the jacket for its cool pattern.
Let us look at the boot. The toe cap is black in color and its surrounding mud guard is black leather. The shoe lace region is threaded with a white lace. The midsection has a patterned print. The heel of the boot is protected by black leather. There is a nice shoe strap in patterned print. It is functional to help hold up the ankle of the boot. The ankle and collar of the boot are in the same printed material. The midsole is white with the outsole in black. The treads are big and rough to grip the cold ground. I like the black colored outsole. Many times, snow and damp make the ground mushy to walk on and this boot will be the perfect solution.
Acid Drop Low TopsBy SneakerFreak on September 28th, 2008 | No CommentsOne look through the Vandalized Kicks inventory linked
here shows that the designer is both artistic and knowledgeable. I highlighted a pair of Van slip-ons with Jean-Paul Sartre and Friedrich Nietschze not too long ago that show that the designer is willing to go out on a limb creatively. The designer is back at it again with a pair of custom sneakers called the Acid Drop Low Tops. Vandalized used psychologist and LSD advocate Timothy Leary as the inspiration for these shoes. The shoes are designed from the point of view of somebody who is tripping on acid. You can see monstrous faces, random body parts and lush colors on each shoe by looking at the pictures in this post.
The vibrancy of the Acid Drop Low Tops is only matched by the fear and paranoia created by Leary’s favorite drug. Vandalized Kicks has a pair of the Acid Drop Low Tops in a men’s 9.5 and women’s 11 through the website linked above. The list price for these shoes is $100 USD but you will get your money’s worth as you draw stares from pedestrians as you walk down the street.

Nike Womens Vandal QuickstrikeBy SneakerFreak on September 28th, 2008 | No CommentsNike has produced a lot of hot women’s sneakers in 2008. This quickstrike release of the Nike Vandal for women is definitely one of the more exciting women’s releases of the year. These shoes will be a part of Nike’s fall 2008 collection.
Both versions of these shoes include exciting color schemes. The first shoe uses shiny blue, along with jet black and bright yellow accents. The other scheme features black and a bright turquoise. Gleaming leather is the material of choice in both versions, while a drastic contrast in colors is another shared quality. If you want to make an impression, you can get it done in these head turners. You can get these now at
Proper. Via Hypebeast. Nike Doernbecher Freestyle 2008 Collection – 6 designs.By SneakerFreak on September 27th, 2008 | No Commentshere. This is the complete collection of the Nike Doernbecher Freestyle designs. This collection was done for the sake of the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Foundation. Children/ patients at this hospital try their hands at designing shoes. These special shoes are sold and their proceeds donated back to the hospital. In 2007, there was a sum of $599, 469 being raised from the sales of the 2007 line of Nike Doernbecher Freestyle line. There is an appeal to Nike fans. If you can, please buy a pair and do a good deed for the Children’s Hospital. On November 14, the entire collection of Nike Doernbecher Freestyle designs will be sold exclusively at Niketowns and
Nike.com. This collection has included variety to appeal to different tastes. The most obvious feminine design is the one on the second row, sitting in the center. The strong white lines cross the upper bravely to form a loosely structured pattern. The other shoes are unisex and cab be worn well by either gender. The top row has three designs with blue in their chief color scheme. Light blue is a good color fro a shoe. The second row has two white shoes and the one already discussed. These look appealing too.
