Alife NYC Fall 2008 Footwear - Everybody Mid Corduroy Pack - #1

Alife keeps churning out cool shoes for fall. The Everybody Mid Corduroy Pack features three colorways made entirely of corduroy. The result is a textured warm look that is perfect for when the cold weather sets in.

The Alife Everybody Mid Corduroy shoe is available now at Flauge for ¥18,690 yen in dark brown, red and a khaki green. My personal favorite is the brown version for a versatile shoe you can wear with just about anything. However, I’m sure the red ones will garner some serious attention as well. Via High Snobiety.

  • Nike Terminator High Pack “British Millerain Chera Waxed Cotton”

The Nike Terminator High Pack has black colored British Millerain Chera Waxed Cotton. These shoes will be released in a few weeks’ time. This Terminator Pack has two colorways; the yellow/black and the purple/black.

The British Millerain was established in 1880s. They manufacture fine waxed cotton and are known to be the best in the world. Nike used British Millerain Chera waxed cotton to make the upper waterproof. This design is released in time for fall/ autumn, which is usually a rainy season. The water proof shoes will be useful and appreciated.

Let’s look at the yellow/black colorway. The toe box is in black British Millerain Chera waxed cotton and framed by a yellow mudguard. The panel that holds the shoe lace frame is in yellow leather. The lace is black. The Nike swoosh is in black leather. The back tab at the top of the heel is yellow in color. The Nike lettering at the base of the heel is also yellow, to coordinate with the back tab. The midsole and outsole are made of gum.

The Terminator High in blue/black is identical to the one previously discussed except for the blue color. Both colorways look good. I prefer the blue/black colorway. I think the blue is a neutral color that would match more colors of outfits.
