Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier II Kids Exclusive - #1

For the first time, the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier II will be released in a Kids exclusive colorway. Taking inspiration from the uniforms of LeBron’s first basketball team (the Summit Lake Hornets) from age 8, this shoe uses a black upper complemented by purple and aqua accents. Back when LeBron played on the Summit Lake Hornets, their uniforms were inspired by the then-Charlotte Hornets.

These sneakers will only release in kid’s sizes and should hit the shelves at the end of July. If your kids love LeBron, these shoes are a fantastic choice. Via The Bop and Sneaker Files.

  • Silver Surfer Stan Smiths

Designer Too Nice from TN Customs has customized a pair of Adidas Stan Smiths based on one of Marvel Comics’ most popular characters. These custom sneakers were crafted for the designer’s friend who is a big fan of the Silver Surfer. I love the style of these shoes which looks exactly like a comic book cover.

Too Nice placed an action picture of Silver Surfer on the left sneaker. This image shows this intergalactic character piercing the darkness of space on his silver surfboard. The right shoe replicates the Marvel Comics print used at the top of each issue of Silver Surfer.

I think that Too Nice and TN Customs went a long way toward repairing the image of Silver Surfer after the less-than-thrilling Fantastic Four sequel last summer. You can check out Too Nice’s work on other comic-inspired sneakers by heading to the website here.

    Nike Zoom Kobe 81 White/Black - Metallic Gold- #1

Kobe Bryant is currently the hottest name in basketball. Even though his Los Angeles Lakers weren’t able to win the 2008 NBA championship, Kobe once again proved his dominance in the playoffs. If you want to get a unique piece of Kobe attire, check out these kicks that commemorate his 81 point game that took place on Jan. 22, 2006.

With a color scheme of black, gold and white, these Nike Zoom Kobe 81s are very smooth. The shoes are mostly white but the black and gold are interlaced to form interesting patterns using contrasting colors. The number 81 is located on the shoe, as is the date which Kobe got those 81 points against the Toronto Raptors. These shoes are already on the shelves in parts of Asia, or you can cop a pair on ebay. Via Sneaker Files.
