    Nike Terminator High Heavy Metal

Nike was thinking Rock N’ Roll and heavy metal when they made this Nike Terminator High. It comes with punky studs, black gothic letter finished in gold, ‘Man-O-War’ heavily embossed upper, and Bobby Dazzler riveted heel and midsoles. Look for these at select Nike accounts worldwide.

By now we shouldn’t be surprised by another Air Jordan hybrid. Countless times, we’ve seen Jordan Brand integrate elements of classic Air Jordan models together with mixed results. The latest shoes to get the hybrid treatment are the Air Jordan 2 and 3.

The result of this experiment is the Air Jordan 2.5. The first colorway is the Black / University Blue – White. It features nubuck material around the toe of the shoe. The shoes fall short of the spectacular Jordan 3. Even the Jordan 2 looks better than these. To those interested, these will drop on the Fall/Winter season.

  • Custom Air Max 90s for Milwaukee Brewers Reliever
By on July 14th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

C2 Customs has been busy over the last few months outfitting members of the Milwaukee Brewers with custom sneakers. Chris Hui’s latest client is Brewers reliever David Riske who got a simple pair of Air Max 90s inspired by the Brewers jersey colors. Riske was one of the team’s big acquisitions in the offseason and a friend of new pitcher CC Sabathia. These shoes are understated and would look good during warmups and bullpen work.

These Air Max 90s use the blue/gold colorway of the team’s standard uniform. Riske’s number 54 is added to the left outside heel using the same font as the Brewers logo. The classic M that is painted on the Miller Park mound each home game is replicated on the right heel to show Riske’s pride in the Brewers.

Additional photos of David Riske’s Air Max 90s are available at the C2 Customs website linked here.

With all the hype surrounding the Nike Marty McFly Hypedunks, a pair of sneakers has released without the public’s knowing. These are the Nike Dunk Hoops Dunkin Go Nuts. The shoes, which features a predominantly brown body and donut crinkles on the strap, take inspiration from kids’ favorite donut store, Dunkin Donuts. The heel looks like a chocolate shell about to crack. The interplay of earthy and bright colors surprisingly creates a harmonies feel to the shoes. The Dunkin Go Nuts are still available at the Harlem House of Hoops.
