Sneakers N’ Stuff has continued their journey through Sweden and it’s traditions to Dalecarlia, a province in the middle of Sweden best known for the Dalecarlian horse or “Dalahästen” as they say in Sweden. It’s a wooden horse painted with a teqhnique called kurbits that got carved in Sweden in the 17th century as a toy for children. In 1939 the Dalecarlian horse represented Sweden at the New York World’s Fair and is considered a very strong symbol for the country. In recognition, SNS has made an SNS 5000 which will sell 300 Pairs worldwide for 110 Euros July 25th at SoleBox.

There was an earlier post on the Nike Dunk Hi Nylon Pack’s silver colorway. Today, this post is on the other 2 colorways in this nylon pack. These shoes will be released soon.

The nylon pack’s black colorway looks smart.The midsole has 2 layers of colors in the white and black. There is a line of machine stitches running down the middle. This detail dresses up the midsole.The outer sole is black. The black nylon looks shiny and attractive. The gold swoosh is a bright streak of color on the shoe upper.The shoe lace is black and blends right into the colorway of the shoe.

In this same pack, there is another Nike that uses the reverse pattern of colors as this black colorway. It is the gold colorway sneaker. It has a black colored Nike swoosh. The gold colored shoe lace is nice. It makes the shoe upper uniformly gold colored. The midsole is white colored. The line of machine stitches that run across the midsole is white colored. The bottom layer of the midsole is black.

Its difficult to buy a pair of comfortable nylon shoes that has the backing of quality and style. Nylon is a comfortable material but it is vulnerable to damage from wear and tear. Nike is the brand to trust. (more…)
