    Air Jordan Flipsyde Army Green

Air Jordan is getting into skating mode with the new Air Jordan Flipsyde, their first pair into the skateboarding market. Jordan Brand says that the Flipsyde “merges basketball culture with skate culture for a new point of view.” It features a tan upper with army green accents on the midsole, laces, and heel tab. The best step for any first-time sneaker designer is to add simple touches to a well-designed shoe. An unnamed designer at Nike Talk posted these pictures recently to highlight her first stab at customizing. The base sneaker is shown below this post and featured a pink/turquoise colorway with gold tongue.

You will notice that the “after” pictures posted here differ little from the original pair of Nike Air Force Ones. The designer left the gold tongue as well as the turquoise Nike swoosh but ditched the pink paint. She opted for black paint around the heels which gives the shoe a sleeker look.

The So-Cal Air Force Ones posted here may not look like a huge leap forward in custom design. Sneaker fans can get caught up in the excitement of a revolutionary technique or design that turns a classic shoe into a futuristic piece of art. A great designed originated with a $25 purchase by a first-time designer not looking to make any statements. We should look for basic changes instead of grand revolutions to find custom sneakers that will work well in everyday life.

Nike Air Max 95 - Miami Vice

Nike Air Max 95s are a popular shoe and this Miami Vice version is sure to be hot – especially in the southern parts of Florida. Utilizing a very Miami-ish theme, Nike has produced these kicks that should be a big hit for those who want to give the M-I-A some love.

The color scheme of these Miami Vice sneakers is black, white, turquoise and pink – which are all colors you see a lot in Miami. The black and white are mostly used as background colors, while the turquoise and pink are used to add a bit of flair to the shoe. Theses Air Max 95s will originally be released at Shoe Gallery in Miami, however it is possible they may hit stores outside of Florida at some point. Via High Snobiety.

    Air Jordan Dentro - #1

If you love to play basketball indoors, this is the shoe for you. New this year is the Air Jordan Dentro, which was specificially designed for use on indoor basketball courts. If you are getting out of the heat this summer and ballin’ indoors, these sneakers are a good choice.

Several colorways are now available at most major Jordan Brand retailers. You can get them online at Finishline.

The Air Jordan Dentro uses combination of different leathers for an aesthetic appeal, while keep up the quality of Jordan shoes you might expect. They are composed of carbon fiber, which makes them lightweight. And they have a breathable mesh lining.

My personal favorite is the white over black version pictured above, but there are several other colorways that you might like. Via Kick On Fire.

Nike Air Max 1 Premium NSW | Medal Pack, white colorway

The source of the images is here.

This Nike Air Max 1 Medal Pack has been released recently. The website, Size? ,has 2 colors from this pack.

The white colorway has a suede mudguard all around the shoe. This mud guard is light grey in color. The toe box has a different type of leather from the midsection of the shoe. That section has a smooth, clean looking, white leather. The Nike swoosh is Bronze/ Gold in color. The last pair of shoe lace holes is braced in rings of the same gold/ bronze color. The shoe lace is white and so is the tongue. The tab at the tip of the tongue has a gold colored label with white lettering. The inner lining is white colored. The midsole is white. The outsole is bronze/ gold in color.

The black colorway looks exactly the same as its counterpart. For this shoe, the entire shoe upper is black. The Nike swoosh is in gold color and it is very outstanding against the black upper. The midsole is white in color. The outsole is beige/ bronze. This black shoe does not have a suede mudguard. The leather is smooth black leather.

I like the black colorway for practical reasons. The white colorway has an attractive mudguard but it would get dirty easily.
