Nike is adding some color to its popular Cortez line with the new Cortez Rainbow. The Rainbow lives up to its name with multi-colored shoe laces and an outsole with bright hues. The swoosh and Nike symbols on the heel are painted magenta that is a pleasant exclamation point on the Rainbow.

While I am not a huge fan of some of the colors in the rainbow, I think that Nike has created a balanced shoe with the Cortez Rainbow. The sliver of bright colors on the outsole along with the rainbow burst on the laces plays well off of the Cortez’s white leather. These shoes are unavailable outside of Asia at the moment though popular demand could give other sneaker fans a chance at the Cortez Rainbow.

Adidas has released this new colorway of the Pro Model. This shoe feature a full grain white leather upper highlighted with red, blue, green and yellow polka dots.The red laces, yellow outersole and other details make these shoes a colorful option for summer.

The tongue is white and has a Nike logo tab at the tip. The lettering is in the same University Blue color. The midsection of the shoe is also in the same perforated white colored leather as the toe box.

There is a line of black thread that is stitched along the middle of the midsole. The outsole is black in color and made from solid rubber.

This shoe is a casual shoe that is inspired by Nike basketball.It has the retro look. It has nothing very fancy but its classic design is a trademark and evergreen favorite. It may not score high as a basketball shoe but it is more for use as a casual shoe. I like the mild look of this sneaker.
