Reebok Turqoise Pack: An Unwanted Look at the FutureBy SneakerFreak on October 22nd, 2007 | No Comments
The stereotypical vision of the future involves drab gray jumpsuits, strange color accents and a general disdain for style. Reebok must have been watching “Logan’s Run” or another movie about the post-apocalyptic world when they released shoes in the Reebok Turqoise pack. The gray, magenta and sky blue colors that are used on the BB5600 and the ERS 2000 offer nothing extraordinary for the average sneaker fan. I have mentioned several times my dislike for Reebok’s classic looks but the colorway used for the Turqoise pack may be a bigger offender. If you want to check this two pack on your own, check out the

New Balance x Mita Sneakers MT576VBy SneakerFreak on October 22nd, 2007 | No Comments
The MT576V Thunder is the New Balance and Mita Sneakers collaboration that is part of the New Balance 20th Anniversary series which is officially beginning next year.
The MT576V is a hybrid of their M576 and MT580. These sneakers look cool in the light, featuring a purple shiny colorway with a neutral toe and velcro straps. But when you turn off the lights, that’s when these shoes become really sweet.
The toebox and the trim around the New Balance logo glow bright green in dark. Several glow-in-the-dark shoes have come out recently and these are some of the best looking in my opinion.
The offfical release date is November 3rd but you can find these shoes now directly at
Mita Sneakers and at other shops like Atmos-Toyko. Check out the pictures to see the glow-in-the-dark look and other sleek details.
