Nike will release a Nike Dunk High “Halloween” for Kids that features an Green and Black upper with an illustration of a headstone with “10/31/07″ inscribed on it.

Nike SB has made a film entitled, “Nothing But The Truth”.A new shoe has been created to commemorate this important milestone in Nike history. This sneaker is named “What The Dunk” Dunk Lo.You can find out more on the Nike site.

The use of camouflage and other military designs on sneakers usually annoys me. I haven’t been able to define why I am bothered when I see green camouflage on a perfectly good sneaker but I cringe when I see shoes like the Vans Half Cab Camo Series. This trio of mid-tops from Vans is available at Goods and offers the wearer the choice of sand, black and olive colorways. The matching camouflage design on the upper is meant as homage to the urban warrior in all of us.

I would get into these shoes if they didn’t have the upper design especially on the olive green colorway. I have a feeling this shoe appeals more to Ted Nugent and survivalists than it does the average Vans wearer. If you are forced to pick a part of this collection, go with the black colorway featured below. This colorway will make it look like you belong on the street instead of a duck blind in the boonies.

The Tweed Pack put out by New Balance this autumn promises to be a favorite among college students with some money to kick around. The M574 pictured above is my personal favorite because it is different from anything else put out by New Balance. Anyone can find a pair of New Balance in black or a rustic brown if they look hard enough but the beige/brown colorway stands out. In the end, you can match any shoes in the New Balance Tweed Pack with anything in your closet. This compatibility with your closet makes the Tweed Pack a smart buy.

The 12.5 Team is a new model name from Jordan Brand. The company will release this new model in December 1st, 2007 for $125.
